Thomas Lee Flood, 66, of Lovell, died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013, at his home in Lovell after a 20-year battle with kidney disease. At his request, no services will be held and cremation has taken place.
He was born April 24, 1947, in Billings. He was the son of Samuel B. and Iris M. Flood. He was raised and lived most of his life in Lovell. He graduated Lovell High School and attended Northwest College, and Highline Community College in Seattle, Wash.
On Sept. 3, 1966, he married Veronica Gillett, in Billings.
He was employed as a mechanic and retired from Georgia Pacific after 21 years when his health no longer allowed him to continue working.
He was a member of FFA and the Lovell Rod and Gun Club.
His interests included drag racing, shooting trap, hunting, bowling, snowmobiling and 4-wheeling on the Pryor and Big Horn Mountains.
Survivors include his wife Veronica of Lovell; daughter Kelly (Jeff) Derryberry, children Joshua and Christan of Gillette; son Tommy (Jessica) Flood, children Aspen and Trysa of Lovell.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Mary.
