March 2, 1949 – Feb. 25, 2014
Memorial services for Linda Lee Sanders of Basin were held Saturday, March 1, at the First Baptist Church in Basin. Linda, 64, died Feb. 25 at the Billings Clinic in Billings, Mont.
She was born March 2, 1949, in Rochester, N.Y., the daughter of Edward John and Lorraine Smalley Allen. She received her schooling in Holley, N.Y., and attended Edison Community College in Fort Meyers, Fla.
Linda moved to Lovell in 1988, where she went to work as a registered nurse at North Big Horn Hospital. She loved working in her yard, building birdhouses, painting and doing woodworking and craft projects. Linda enjoyed going to the mountains, hunting, trapping and riding motorcycles, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was a friend to everybody she met and was always willing to lend a hand to those in need.
