Reid Orin Muller

June 19, 1961 – April 11, 2014

Reid Orin Muller died Friday, April 11, 2014, at his home in Lovell. Reid was born June 19, 1961, to Sherron Christensen Muller and Orin LaVern Muller. Reid graduated from high school at Deaver, where he was involved in basketball and football, and was active in FFA.

After graduation Reid married Leslie Preuninger, and to this union was born a daughter, Shilo. Reid worked with his father in an oil field service company, Muller Trucking and Dirt Contracting, for several years. He married Lisa Litsey and they moved to Denver, and to this union was born a son Daniel and a daughter Kori and stepson Zach. Reid was employed by Front Range Construction for 20 years as a heavy equipment mechanic and operator. He enjoyed his work and took every opportunity to attend classes and seminars to stay proficient in the new technology.

Reid moved back to Montana and Wyoming in 2010. He worked one season for ABC Gravel in Red Lodge, then became employed by S & L Industrial at Cowley. Reid loved his work and became very attached to his co-workers. He enjoyed being “back home” in a small town and all of the attachments that afforded him. Fishing was his number one pastime. Any fish would do, however, cat-fishing was his favorite, both catching and eating. His children loved “Dad’s catfish scampi” and ate until Dad quit cooking or the fish was gone.

Reid was preceded in death by his father, Orin, and his beloved grandparents Hallie and Art Muller, and Charlcie and Victor Christensen. Reid will be lovingly remembered and missed by his children Shilo (TJ) Seal of Happy, Texas, Daniel (Crystal) Muller of Denver, Kori Muller of Mesa, Colo., and stepson Zach Lessard of Mesa; three grandchildren, AJ Seal, and Lillian and William Muller; his mother Sherron Muller; two sisters, Troy An (Paul) Wambeke and Tamra DeCock; three nephews and two nieces and numerous great-nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
