Going into the final week of the 60th Wyoming Legislature budget session, Rep. Elaine Harvey (R-Lovell) said it has been a productive month. She reported on the status of bills and the budget as legislators were in Cheyenne finishing hearing crossover bills on third reading, approving the budget bill and waiting to approve bills that have been discussed in joint conference committees.
