[caption id="attachment_7626" align="alignright" width="206"]Ronald Alan Beddes Ronald Alan Beddes[/caption]Ronald Alan Beddes died peacefully at his home on Jan. 28, 2014. He was born Sept. 3, 1946, in Lovell to Vern Elmer Beddes and Golda Blanchard Beddes. He graduated from Lovell High School and attended Rocky Mountain Technical College in Thermopolis, where he learned auto mechanics and small motor repair. He resided in Lovell all of his life.Ronnie worked one season at the canning factory and three campaigns at the sugar factory. He worked in the honey business learning how to extract honey and later had his own hives. He also mowed lawns in the community and especially enjoyed mowing lawns for the elderly.He had a love for country western music, steel guitar, playing the harmonica and even learned to yodel. Ronnie had an eye for art and enjoyed jigsaw puzzles. He loved the outdoors, fixing cars and riding his trail bike. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a special member of his family. His parents, brothers and sisters helped teach him, and were all concerned for him.Ronnie is survived by brothers Jerry (Susan) Beddes, Jim (Nelda) Beddes, Vern Kay (Sharon) Beddes, David Beddes and Arvin (Barbara) Beddes; sisters Bonnie (Bruce) Anderson and Susan (Gordon) Jensen and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Vern and Golda Beddes and brother Jeffery Beddes.Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 4, at Haskell Funeral Home. Interment was in the Lovell Cemetery.
