Santos G. Rodriguez, 76, died in Rochester, Minn., on Nov. 18, 2015. She was born Nov. 1, 1939, in Reynosa, Mexico, the daughter of Higinio Gonzalez and Maria De Los Angeles Flores.[caption id="attachment_10629" align="alignright" width="189"] Santos G.
