Page faces eight felony charges: four counts of burglary, one count of conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts of property destruction and defacement and one count of theft. At the hearing, Page was read his rights and had the proceedings of the trial explained to him. Page and his lawyer waived the reading of the affidavit due to Page’s lawyer previously speaking to him about everything in the trial.
Page pleaded not guilty to every charge. He continues to be out on bond with the same terms and conditions as previously set. The court was then set in recess.
