North Big Horn USA wrestling begins Monday

Practice for the North Big Horn Rams USA Wrestling team will get underway Monday, Jan. 8, at Lovell Middle School.
Those wishing to participate must complete registration prior to their first practice with the club. This can be done online, and there is a link on the North Big Horn USA Wrestling Facebook page to do so.
Practices will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the registration deadline will be January 22.
Potential wrestlers must be 5 years old by the end of January to register.
January will consist of practices, and tournaments begin in February and go through the middle of April.

“I highly encourage parents to sign their kids up for USA wrestling,” Baxendale said. “Wrestling techniques cross over to multiple sports and will help them strengthen their personal resilience and accountability. We have a great group of coaches that are dedicated to helping each kid grow in the sport and find their passion for wrestling.”
