Committee seeking parade marshal

Dear Editor,

Every community has its heroes, its champions and its shining stars. As the annual Mustang Days parade approaches, we are on the lookout for the perfect individual to lead the procession as our grand marshal.

The grand marshal should embody the very essence of our community. They should be someone whose presence inspires and uplifts, and whose dedication to making our community a better place shines brightly for all to see.

Perhaps you know a tireless volunteer whose selfless efforts have touched the lives of many. Or maybe you admire a local business owner whose entrepreneurial spirit has not only fueled their success but also contributed to the prosperity of our community. It could be an educator whose passion for teaching has ignited a love for learning in generations of students. Or even a first responder whose bravery and commitment to keeping us safe make them a true local hero.

Whoever they may be, we want to hear about them. We want to know their stories, their triumphs and the ways in which they have made a difference in the lives of those around them. Let’s celebrate the heroes and influential people in our community.

To nominate someone for grand marshal, please call or email Kristine Henley at 307-250-0892 or mustangdaysparade@yahoo.com by June 1.
