Day of Goodwill scheduled for May 21 in Lovell

The annual Day of Community Goodwill in Lovell is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, at the Lovell Stake Center parking lot from 8 a.m. to noon.

Setup and donations will be accepted at the parking lot from 7 to 8 a.m. the day of the event, and volunteers are needed to help set up tables and sort donations, then supervise tables.

Donations are limited to items in good and clean condition such as housewares, toys, books, small tools and clean, used clothing and shoes with no stains or tears. Appliances, electronics and furniture will not be accepted.

After the three hours of “free shopping,” cleanup will run from noon to 1 p.m., and anything left over and placed in a trailer at the site during that time will be taken to the landfill.
