Future leaders through agriculture

As we celebrate FFA Week, we at Rocky Mountain FFA are excited to inform and engage our community about the vital role agriculture plays in our daily lives. Agriculture is not just a profession; it’s a way of life that impacts everything from the food we eat to the clothes we wear to the houses we live in. By sharing this information, we hope to build a deeper appreciation for the agricultural industry.

At Rocky Mountain FFA, our mission is to empower students to develop lifelong skills through hard work, dedication and respect. We strive to cultivate individuals who embody the values of integrity and perseverance, preparing them to be the next leaders of tomorrow. Through agricultural education, we inspire a passion for learning, community involvement and personal growth that will last a lifetime.

FFA Week Activities

The dress up day was Hat Day. This day also featured a teacher appreciation breakfast where chapter members expressed gratitude to our educators for their support and guidance.

Wednesday, February 19:

Our chapter members visited Rocky Mountain Elementary School to share their knowledge of the agriculture industry with the younger generation. This day was themed Cowboy Day, encouraging students to dress up in their best cowboy outfit.

Thursday, February 20:

Students are invited to show their support for the FFA Organization by dressing in blue and gold. On this day, we will host the Ag Olympics, a fun-filled event that promotes teamwork and showcases agriculture work.
