General Elections - Town of Deaver
Bill Camp
Mayor of Deaver
My family and I moved to Deaver in 1985. I was employed by Big Horn School District #1 until I retired in 2010. At that time, my wife, Vana, was the Deaver Town Clerk/Treasurer. After her retirement, I was elected to the town council around 2016 and became mayor in 2018.
Since becoming mayor, we have added a new potable water system, many more fire hydrants and a new town maintenance building and razed the abandoned school building. Currently, we are making major improvements to the town irrigation system. We also are adding air conditioning to the town hall. We are continually seeking ways to improve and beautify our town.
As funding changes, we adjust accordingly. We have open town meetings, as well as newsletters as needed. I enjoy working with people and would appreciate your vote.
Kelly Spann
Deaver Town Council
I am writing to share some exciting news and to introduce myself to those of you I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting. Having lived in Wyoming my entire life and graduated from Lovell High School, this state and its communities mean a great deal to me. Following high school, I had the honor of serving our state and country in the Wyoming National Guard, and for the past two years I have proudly made Deaver my home after building a house here.
I recently received a write-in nomination for a position on the Deaver Town Council, and I am honored to share that I have officially accepted it. If elected, my commitment to you is simple: I will listen attentively to your concerns, advocate for our neighborhood and maintain transparent, open communication with all residents.
Thank you for your time, consideration and support. I look forward to the opportunity to serve our town.
