Ballgowns and Blossoms is the theme of the Lovell High School Junior-Senior Prom to be held this Friday night, April 25, at the school.

Colors are pink and white for the event, which begins with the grand march around 9:45 p.m. at the Hyart Theatre.

Junior and senior royalty will be crowned following the grand march, and junior class sponsor Jode Kraft said donations will be taken at the door for spectators to help with the annual post-prom party, sponsored by the senior class.

After the grand march and royalty announcement, students will head to the LHS Multi-purpose Room for the dance, which Kraft said may include a royalty dance. The dance will run until midnight with music provided by “DJ AJ” Montanez. Photos by Ramie Edwards will be taken in the lobby.

Tickets for students are $10 per couple or $7 for a single attendee.

A post-prom party will follow the dance from 12 to 2 a.m. at Rose City Lanes featuring free bowling and pizza.

Junior sponsors are Kraft, Nick Edelman, Bret George and Alana Thackeray.
