Motorcyclist rear-ends another motorcycle
Two motorcycle riders were involved in an accident at mile marker 42 on U.S. Highway 14A northeast of Byron on Saturday, April 12, at around 4 p.m.
According to Wyoming Highway Patrol public information officer Nicholas Warren, 43-year-old Anthony Hope of Billings was rear-ended by Joshua Fladstol, 43, of Billings. A 12-year-old girl who was riding with Hope sustained a minor injury. The girl’s name could not be released due to her age.
“Some of the motorcycles were leaving the Lovell area before the accident happened,” Warren said. “A group of motorcyclists were about to pull over to the shoulder, and one of them didn’t slow down to pull over with another member of their group, and it just caused a rear-end crash between the two motorcyclists.”
Warren said neither Hope or Fladstol had any serious injuries from the crash, and the young girl had a minor injury.
“It was just a rear-end collision between the two motorcyclists,” Warren said. “The juvenile is the only one who sustained a minor injury from the crash.”
