Gale McGee announced the approval of a $163,700 federal grant to the town of Lovell for proposed sewer and water improvements. The grant was made through the Community Facilities Administration of the Department of Commerce. McGee said the project—a part of the accelerated public works program passed by the last congress—will provide 160 man-months of local employment.25 Years AgoThe Lovell ChronicleDecember 3, 1987A lively crowd of spectators and lots of festive floats combined to provide a top notch fourth annual Lovell National Bank Holiday Parade in downtown Lovell last Saturday.
