Police report: Suspicious male found to be transient
The Lovell Police Department received the following calls for the week of September 30 - October 6:
October 1: Police responded to a call at East 3rd Street from a man reporting his brown lab was missing. Police were able to locate the pet, and the dog was returned home safely.
A man was reported driving drunk down Jersey Avenue and East Third Street. Police were unable to locate.
October 5: Police responded to a call at Maverik on West Main St. about a suspicious male walking around with a duffle bag and screaming. Police responded. The man was just a transient passing through.
Note: The above calls were received by the Lovell Police Dept. Persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and charges made upon initial arrest may be amended or dismissed as determined by the County Attorney.
