Police report: Water overflows at Constitution Park restroom
The Lovell Police Department received the following calls for the week of September 2-8:
September 2: Police responded to a vandalism report at Armory Park on East 6th Street. Cleaners reported that the bathroom doors were locked and water was left on and overflowing. Police are currently investigating.
September 6: Police responded to a call where someone reported a car had been “keyed” on East 8th Street. Police are investigating.
September 8: Police respond to a noise complaint about a barking dog that occurred on Lincoln Avenue.
Note: The above calls were received by the Lovell Police Dept. Persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and charges made upon initial arrest may be amended or dismissed as determined by the County Attorney.
