Yellowtail Dam/Big Horn Lake public meeting Friday
The Bureau of Reclamation will present information on Big Horn Lake during a public meeting on Friday, May 29, at the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area visitor center just east of Lovell at 20 U.S. Highway 14A.
The meeting, hosted by the National Park Service, will discuss the water supply conditions in the Big Horn Basin as well as Reclamation’s proposed summer operating plan for Big Horn Lake and Yellowtail Dam. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. and conclude at noon.
Stakeholders and interested parties in both Montana and Wyoming are encouraged to attend the meeting and participate.
