Eldene V. DeGray

April 14, 1949 – May 30, 2026

Eldene V. DeGray, 77, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, at North Big Horn Hospital. 

Eldene was born on April 14, 1949, in Carmichael, California, to Eldon H. White and Dorene J. McMullen. She spent much of her life in California before moving to Deaver in 2004 from Placerville, California, where she made her home and became a valued member of the community. 

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who cherished her family above all else. She was married to Michael DeGray, who preceded her in death. Together they shared many years of love, companionship and memories. 

Eldene will be remembered for her caring heart, strength and dedication to family and the lasting impact she made on those who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the many friends and family members whose lives she touched.

 She is survived by her children, Robert J. Bond, Brian W. Bond, Dusten J. Bond, Dakota J. Bond and Jennifer I. Cash; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her great joy and pride throughout her life.

A life well lived leaves a legacy of love, and Eldene’s legacy will continue to be cherished by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
